We are a team of nail care professionals with high training, aspiring to make your experience at Chichi Nail Spa a satisfying one. At our spa, we follow the following policy for the mutual convenience of the customers and the spa.
- All services are guaranteed. For any reason, if you are not satisfied, we will re-perform the service on the same day.
- No refunds will be given.
- We will not be responsible for any allergic reactions or burning due to wax on clients who are using medication or acne creams.
- Please request the prices of the additional services you wish to receive.
- Please inform your nail tech of any of your medical conditions before your service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
